Remanufactured Engine Processing Flow
1.Repair Methods
(1) Each used engine first enters the sandblasting chamber for paint removal, followed by a thorough disassembly.
(2)The cylinder block and all components are cleaned and restored using a high-temperature, high-pressure water jet, removing all dirt from the water and oil passages. After cleaning, the internal parts are like new.
(3) All components undergo professional inspection according to original factory standards, with all worn parts replaced by imported components from the U.S.
(4) Once all inspections are completed, the engine assembly begins. After assembly, the engine undergoes load testing and inspection on a test bench. Finally, the product is completed using automotive spray painting techniques.
2.Parts Replacement

3.Product Standards
(1) Remanufactured by Cummins USA, not Cummins Chongqing, ensuring more stable and reliable quality and performance.
(2) The engine starts at room temperature without emitting white smoke, and the frequency remains stable.
(3) The engine operates without emitting black smoke under 90% or higher load.
(4) The engine oil pressure remains above 4 bars, and the water temperature stays around 80°C.
(5) After 100 hours of engine operation, the lubricating oil will not turn black.

The engine undergoes sandblasting before being thoroughly disassembled.
